“Escape the Mind (WT)” is a VR experience with puzzle elements.
The player assumes the role of a coma patient and tries in an abstract world of thoughts and memories to collect informations out of fragments and puzzles. With solving puzzles, the environment changes and also the subconscious mind reacts to what is happening. Little by little, the player will know what happened to the coma patient and who he is.
In this first prototype, the player gets to know Connor Reynolds, a british soldier in World War II. He wakes up in this small room, not remembering who he is or what happened. The player has to help him gathering informations and solving puzzles to not only get back his memories but also lead his way out of the coma.
